Professional Experience

Kyann has been specializing in labor and employment litigation since graduating from Boalt Hall in 2000. While Kyann has extensive experience handling multi-plaintiff, class, and collective actions involving wage and hour and discrimination claims, she has also handled the full gamut of single plaintiff claims (including claims of harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, denial of leave, and other employment torts). Kyann also has experience handling complex commercial disputes.

Prior to joining Ongaro Burtt & Louderback LLP, Kyann was an employment associate with Perkins Coie. Since joining the firm, Kyann continues to play a leading role in numerous state and nationwide wage and hour class actions while supervising a number of single plaintiff discrimination and harassment cases.
